Practical, interactive, and productive, our workshops integrate
expert content with assessment(s) and exercises for effective
learning. Standalone
modules may be used as coaching sessions for individuals and
small groups. Most
workshops and modules are available for face-to-face and online
delivery.

Communication
Differences in people affect how we interact with each other at
work. This workshop helps participants build skills and gain
insight on how to improve communication and build positive
relationships with others.

Communication in the Virtual Workplace
Cooperation, trust, and teamwork are vital for success in today's challenging workplace. Most people work in a combination of traditional (face-to-face) and virtual (electronic) workplaces. This blended workplace presents unique communication challenges. This workshop is designed to help people face the challenges presented by the electronic (virtual) workplace of email, voicemail, Internet, telephone, teleconference and to strengthen communication, trust and productive
collaboration and teamwork, anywhere, with anyone.

Teamwork
Communication, cooperation, and trust, are vital for successful teamwork
in today’s challenging workplace. This workshop is designed to help participants develop clear
communication, trusting relationships, and productive
collaboration necessary to create and sustain productive teams.

Time
This workshop is designed for people interested in strengthening
their ability to use time more effectively and productively.
Participants explore their orientation to time, assess
their strengths and weaknesses, discover new ways to accomplish
more in less time, and develop high-yield time practices.

Conflict
This course helps people learn to de-stress and de-fuse when
faced with conflict. It
is for anyone who wants to learn practical, constructive, and
creative choices in conflict situations.
Participants assess their own conflict-handling skills,
understand the nature of conflict, become more competent at
dealing with difference and disagreement.
Telecommuting
and The Virtual Workplace
This workshop is designed to help leaders, managers, and others interested in
improving their ability to work in the virtual workplace of
changing boundaries of time, place, and technology.
Participants explore the virtual workplace, assess
opportunities, challenges, habits, strengths and weaknesses then
develop plans and best practices to address specific individual
and team issues

Emotional Intelligence
Emotional intelligence-- the capacity to understand and handle your own emotions and relationships with others effectively in day-to-day interaction-- enables us to succeed in coping with the complexities of day-to-day life. In this workshop participants will assess their individual emotional intelligence: intrapersonal, interpersonal, adaptability, stress management, and general mood, then create a plan to build on their strengths and improve their emotional intelligence.

Myers Briggs Type Indicator
People work best when we engage in everyday behaviors that call upon our type preferences; we tend to feel natural, comfortable, confident, and competent. Our non-preferences tend to be less developed and less trusted. In this workshop participants take the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and learn to understand and appreciate their strengths, gifts, and potential for growth, increase their ability to realize their strengths, develop individual and team "Best Practices" as they increase understanding, respect, and appreciation for the value of individual difference in group work.

DiSC®
The foundation of personal and professional success lies in understanding yourself, understanding others, and realizing the impact of personal behavior on others. In this workshop, participants will explore behavior across four primary dimensions: dominance, influence, steadiness, and conscientiousness and assess to what degree they use each dimension of behavior in a situation. The workshop can be used to help people build productive teams, develop effective managers, train a powerful sales force, and improve customer service, ease frustration and conflict

Listening
Good communication is one of the most valued skills in the workplace. And effective listening is crucial to communicating productively inside the organization and meeting the competitive challenges outside the organization. This workshop is designed to help people become active, purposeful listeners in a wide variety of situations for more productive communication.
